After almost freezing in the snowstorm in Houston earlier this year, my Mom and I replaced our natural gas Dearborn heaters. The old ones failed during the freeze, and as I was going through oral chemo and had become anemic, the temp in the house almost did me in. Thankfully the system has been updated and the backups are in place. I'll pay the elevated gas prices so I never go through that again.
