Elevation Church Believe in One God?

https://youtu.be/IZsmn6lJIZU?si=5dt6ZeJsV4xchTJD

I came across this song and regarding the lyrics, it sounds very much like that’s what is stated in this song, and have heard similar veins in other songs.

It sounds like One God!

I found this song, and I love songs about Jesus Name!

Yet, I don't know if they are One God.

Re: Elevation Church Believe in One God?

Officially, they are Trinitarian in doctrine. You will find reference to the trinity in their SOF.

However, Steven Furtick has been rubbing shoulders with TD Jakes for quite some time now. I think since they did The Elephant Room together. Which, ironically, is where Jakes stated that he is chameleon, err, I mean, trinitarian in belief.

There are clips somewhere on the internet where Steven Furtick is being called out for preaching modalism.

Re: Elevation Church Believe in One God?

If Jakes denied oneness to proclaim trinitarianism, which is rooted in paganism, that might explain his recent associations. (Romans 1:18-32)
