Please tell me why a bunch of single cells having a party where the only thing they needed to do was "divide" (mitosis) to get a date, would evolve themselves right out of the ability to reproduce without going to "eharmony.com" and listing their 23 points of compatibility

We need to have the Spirit teach us what we need to know as it pertains to wisdom in his purposed design that created gender. Since in the Kingdom of God there is neither male nor female, the principles being demonstrated must be very important for our understanding the interconnected-ness of the body of his CHRIST.
