Ill stick with my 22 inch wide screen. I got it on sale at CompUSA when they were going out of Business. Good deal at the time. I will buy from TigerDirect, Newegg and Buy.com from time to time, but often you can save money going to Fry's by not paying shipping

In TN if there is a shipping charge it is usually cancelled out by saving having to pay sales tax. Sales tax is almost 10% here (there is no state income tax).

It will be a while and when you have three young adult children the line gets pretty long for hand me downs!

When I had an electrician here installing a ceiling outlet for my home theater projecter he asked me if he could have my 55" high def big screen I was replacing. I laughed and told him that he would have to get in line as two of my children were already arguing over who was going to get it!

I do have an absolutely horrid first generation 15" flatscreen monitor somehwere that has a few pixels missing and a horrible refresh rate. I don't think anybody would want to use it except in an emergency.
