Here's a Great Recipe for a Summer Drink..

3 Cups of Pure Prune Juice
3 Cups of Pure GrapeFruit Juice
Squeeze the Juice of three Limes
and Two Lemons...
and add two capulses of Ex-Lax...

This drink is a complete Moving experiance!!!...
