Well, I am somewhat surprised by this thread, but not shocked. Let me say this. When it comes to songs, I know of several trinitarian song writers who are still lost as a blind man in a new town. They can write some good songs with their talent, and still be lost.
As for authors, forget it. If a man cannot get the truth of God straight and cannot get salvation straight, how can he be straight in the deeper issues of doctrine? Yes, trinitarians are still lost. Yes, they still need to reject their pagan doctrines and come to the truth. They still need to come to Jesus by grace through faith according to
Acts 2:38.
