I bought a bunch of RED bananas yesterday at the store. They're about 1/2 the size of a regular banana, but they taste pretty much the same. These ones were alot softer tho, even tho the peeling was much harder. I won't bother buying them again.

I also got some YELLOW watermelong last week. It was good. Not much different than regular red watermelon tho. So again, I won't spend the money.

We like to try different things.

Has anyone tried a grapple? That's an apple that tastes like grapes. It's pretty good, but very expensive.

I have never liked pears! My grandmother had a pear tree and I just couldn't stand them.

Guess I should try another type.

CC1, if I'm ever in your town, maybe I better not call you and arrange to meet for lunch. I think they'd look at us pretty funny if we just ordered "chocolate". Chocolate cheese, chocolate fondue, chocolate strawberries, chocolate milkshake, and then, of course, for dessert we'll want to have chocolate creme pie.

On the other hand, where did you say you live? Maybe I could get there in time for supper!!!

We grew up eating pears off my grandparents trees. I guess I had my fill of them as a kid though because we never buy pears.............
