I also love dried fruits like rasins, and prunes, but those are terrible for my blood sugar..................

Not offended at all I can't spell worth a hoot. Never have been able to. When I first met my wife and started writing her letters she said she need a translator my spelling was so bad.

JMHarv, I have a sister like that. She spells everything just like it sounds. Sometimes the spellings are hilarious!!

What about fruit smoothies? Do you all like them? Any good recipes???

I made some the other day for lunch for the kids. I used:

frozen strawberries (in Splenda)
a whole banana,
about 1 c. of vanilla yogurt,
about 1 c. of Cool Whip
some milk
a bunch of ice

Put it all in the blender and blended it until it was smooth. Yummy!!!!!
