What is so wrong with wanting to leave a UPC Youth Camp? Most of the time you don't even get to go swimmimg.
LOL!!!
So true, so true.
I remember one time back in the late 1970's manning the JCM booth at a La. Camp. I think it was Sr. Youth Camp.
I was at the back of the auditorium directly down the center aisle and the young guy preaching saw I had on a short sleeve shirt. That was his inspiration for a bout 15 minutes of his sermon! I finally just left the table and went outside to the concession stand where I ran into a prominent UPC preacher who grinned at me, called me by name, and said "I see you were getting preached at also!".
But if you leave, who will be left to tell me how worldly and carnal I am? Who will be here to remind me that God hates me and that I am surely going to hell?
Chan is still here!

I wonder sometimes if people do this as a cry for attention . . .
The need to feel loved.
Desire to feel needed. Wanted. Accepted.
Well, sorry to disappoint ya. If you feel you must leave, best of luck to you! Not trying to be mean . . .
Naw, he is just not used to people not agreeing with him and amening him. He has his family on the judgment seat with him but folks on AFF just won't climb aboard.
Last night I attended the youth camp (UPC) my son is attending this week, and let me tell you...they are so worldly with all the colored lights floating around, they had blacklights lighting up their clothing, and these lights hanging from the ceiling with different colored lights in them......made one wonder if God was seen in the place and if He was blind from it all!!!! Oh, the colors and such, you know God was displeased!
And let's not even start on the music! They even played drums!! Kids were jumping to the music!
However, they never did sing 'I'm a Pentecostal'. I was disappointed!!
Disclaimer....for those who don't recognize TIC posting when they read it, nor recognize the sound of sarcasm dripping on the forum.....well....I won't waste my time if you need one........
