Thanks! I have been trying to get one of them together and it is hard! Lol!! Ariel is usually crying or she just won't keep her head still long enough for me to catch it!

Ariel is the baby, right? And isn't Jasmine the older one? Did you realize that you named both your children after Disney heroines?

Lol!! I know. In fact because of this we almost didn't go with Ariel (which is actually pronounced Air-ee-elle). But we did like the name so we went ahead with it and I can't tell you how many times I have to correct people because they can't pronounce it correctly!! Every one pronounces it like the Little mermaid and it isn't pronounced like that.

QE, I love the new pic of your girls. That's so adorable!!! And congrats on the weight loss. I'm soooo jealous!!

Tina, I know you must be thrilled that this graduation is behind you. Not that you're thrilled that your daughter is done with school. Just thrilled that the party is past

It sounds like it turned out nice. I'm glad for you. I feel bad for you with this "friend" who didn't come through for you. Sometimes people are dealing with other 'junk' in their own lives and that makes them undependable. But it still hurts. Especially when they've hurt our children!!

We had an extremely busy weekend.

Sunday our oldest son flew to Florida with 9 kids and 2 adults from our church youth group. They're going to a huge youth conference - 10,000 kids registered for it!!! He's been working to earn the money for this a whole year and was so looking forward to going. I'm excited for all of them. Pray for them while they are there, please. Pray that God meets with each one of them in a very special way and that their lives are eternally changed as a result of this conference. Thanks!

Margie - I will be praying - QE - I know you are thrilled with the weight loss. I am so jealous. I have hit a standstill with losing weight. I have been watching what I eat and recording it faithfully, and exercising and losing 1/2 lb a week- Last week I gained a 1/2 lb. It is sooooo slow. I may have to do something drastic to get over the hump!!!!! We are not planning anything for the 4th- We really do not usually do anything planned. For so many years we went to camp meeting that week. In the last couple of years we have not gone, and whatever we did on the 4th was spontaneous. We will probably grill hamburgers or something. Have a great week- all!!!!

I am excited considering it was the first week I really buckled down and started dieting seriously and I still cheated a few times!! It encouraged me because I felt like I was doing it for nothing!! Lol!
