It actually was located about 30 miles from where we will be, so it will have no effect on us, actually might help in that it will keep many people away. South Shore gets awfully crowded with 50k people from out of town.

Ditto! Very cool. A few years ago we were at a Fireworks display and one of the presentations shot out some awesome blue sprays and when it started to fade a red heart appeared! It was beautiful!

We had our "official" celebration Sunday at church - had a special service, a pitchin and then TONS of fun & games ALLLLL afternoon. It was FUN FUN FUN!!! Tonight we have church and then afterwards @ dark are the annual local fireworks display - we will probably go. Then tomorrow we are just going to hang out at home, get some things done maybe go to my mom's for dinner - not sure yet - and then @ 9:00 - 9:30 tomorrow night go to our church for some more fireworks - a bunch of us are getting together with our own fireworks and setting them off. It should be lots of fun!

Thanks, everyone! I got a new Digital SLR camera a month or so ago. It's an Olympus Evolt-500. I LOVE it!!!!
