That was awesome Monkeyman. It brought tears to my eyes--and brought back lots of memories.
I used to do foster care for disabled children, and respite foster care for the disabled adults from group homes on holidays. I miss doing it, but my family grew and I just don't have a spare bedroom anymore to take them in. When my kids get grown and married and we have empty nest syndrome
, if I am physically able to do so, I plan to do it again.
