I am not well acquainted with the old time PCIers. I grew up Full Gospel believng that one is saved, and then baptized with the Holy Ghost. I never heard the erroneous teaching of the blood applied at baptism until I was in Bible School. I'm not sure that the PCI preachers that most refer to on AFF would express it exactly as I do. Personally I feel that PCI doctrine has developed beyond what the pioneers would have understood due to the access later generations have had to further study of various aspects of the doctrine.
