We have a small church and I voted 2-6 months ago. However, I think our pastor does an excellent job of helping them to develop relationship with God. More than one person in the last year who has gone to Bible studies with him has received the Holy Ghost during their own personal devotion time.

We have visitors practically every service and new people coming to God on a regular basis - not every service - but either as a result of Bible studies being held at the church or youth services or S.S., etc. new people are turning their lives over to the Lord.

We're quite excited about what's happening and believe that we're in a preparation season for a greater spiritual move that's "coming".

There are times and seasons in the work of God and there is always a preparation time .... time for working the soil and for planting and for tending to weeds .....and killing bugs that kill and destroy ..... that sort of thing.

Baptized 4 yesterday and 14 two weeks ago....*smile* I have recently (within the last 4 months) begun to attend the UPC home church that I attended for over 25 years, and left 15 years ago. The awe of seeing souls filled with the Holy Ghost and baptized in the name of Jesus never gets old. I worry when a church can go a year or more without seeing a lost sinner redeemed. Something is bad wrong with THAT.

The church is growing so fast, they are literally busting out their seams...it's awesome to be a part of a revival of the sinner and backslider alike. SOme have been without GOd for over 20 years...

i thought it would be worth noting that a) two small children from our Sunday School program were baptized in Jesus name last night and b) an older lady confined to a wheelchair due to crippling pain, got up out of her wheelchair and began to walk around the front of the sanctuary after the church prayed for her....

God has been good here....

Five received the Holy Ghost in a few minutes Sunday morning.

One or two had already been baptized in Jesus Name and the

others are planning on doing so, right away! To God be the praise,

honour and glory!!
