I've already said that I don't care for sushi and the reasons why .... mainly the fact that I don't care much for seaweed and sticky rice ..... the texture turns me off ..... or for many of the Japanese sauces - teriyaki being one of the exceptions of course.

But I'm going to be on the lookout for Ngoya Rolls, try one and report back.

Felicity, the Ngoya roll is pretty much a local thing at the Ngoya restaurant in Jackson, Mississippi. You should probably try a California Roll (mainly vegatables in sushi) or Crunch Rolls. They are WONDERFUL here in my local Japanese place. Also, I absolutely love the Kaluaha Rolls... avocado, cream cheese, crab meat...

Gotta quit... can't get it this time of night!
