I bought several cases of WAP bibles.

None of this matters. Our best attempts to divinate what our needs will be in some horrific future scenario are feeble and ludicrous. Evil imaginations, the consolidation of political power, and the rapidly accelerating advance of technology make it highly unlikely that people can hide somewhere or form a resistance.

Dig yourself a fallout shelter if you want to. By the time you need it, your persecuters will be able to tell you the shelf position of the corn you canned on the 15th, even though it's on the 3rd level of your concrete bunker and they are scanning from outer space.

My only recommendation is that you get some gravel.

In your guts.

It will take determination to make it. Recent dramatizations, although fictional, are accurate in that aspects of the trib will not be a pretty picture.

Elias,

Been there done that. I got into guns pretty heavy years ago thinking maybe it was of the Lord. I think I got out of his will for some years over that. Some preps are certainly wisdom. The way the world works tho it will take the supernatural to deliver us.

YAH is able to do so. Manna from Heaven sound familiar? Water out of rock? Much more teaching on faith and holiness absorbed into the Heart is the will of the Lord.

Why do people keep bringing up guns?

Although I Do believe our civic duty as Americans calls us to be armed... but that's a different subject altogether.

Oh, and guns sure do come in handy when hunting game, you know...

I just do not understand this flouride-induced mentality of 'there's nothing that can be done'.

Thank GOD our forefathers in the Great Depression didn't have that attitude... or the pioneers, etc etc etc.

When the trib hits many who claim to be saved will be shocked and devestated. One pre tribber said if he found himself in the trib he would never preach the Bible again! I fear many will fall.

Matter of fact people recant their faith in Christ regularly under persecution even now in times of trial. Die to self NOW. This is out training time.

So do you believe in a time called the great tribulation or are you just examining what others would do? The children of Israel were kept for 40 years in the wilderness by Elohim. He can do it for us. But everyone needs to know we are called not just to believe but to suffer for his name.

Brother, let me say that I do NOT believe in any 'pre trib' rapture doctrine.

However, I do not believe in a yet future seven or 3.5 year period specifically called 'THE GREAT TRIBULATION". I DO believe that Tribulation was forecast by our Lord and His apostles and prophets for the church, and would last until Jesus returned.

I also believe that as the days wear on, the persecutions would increase, and tribulation would increase.

I also believe that the evidence is in and clearly available for all to see... tribulation is coming to America. Sooner than most think, actually.

Yes we are called to suffer for his name. So were the first century disciples. Yet they did not just lay down and allow persecution to run rampant against them - they made preparations, they were mobile, they 'snuck around' government and societal persecution in order to keep the true Gospel message abounding, they saw famine coming and made preparations to help the poor among them to survive it...

All such things I see the church in America utterly incapable of even properly conceiving of doing in their lifetime.

Yes God will provide. He provided for Noah. It was done via a command to BUILD AN ARK and GET IN IT.

Preparations???? I just have to believe that whatever we face, God will give us the grace at that time.
Tribulation and prosecution...not necessarily
Wrath.....perhaps

We had a lot of food preps at one time. We wound up using and giving a lot away. I simply cant afford to put aside what I did back then. If anyone can afford to put back in abundance it is wise to do so.

One thing we did do is move from a fairly large city in Ohio to a rural area in Ky. That buys us some extra time in Tribulation possibly. To be mobile and led by the Spirit will be very important.

I am not against you I am for you!

I find it hard to store things away when I know people who are hungry.
