As long as Jesus is yet alive, there is hope bro. D.T., but that is all there is left. Yet, I also know that she will sleep on in the night until we are struck with a crippling blow of military might.

Hope sprung alive in my heart after 9-11 when the whole House of Representative and the Senate stood on the Capitol steps in Washington, many of them in tears and sung together their national prayer, "God Bless America." 9-11 brought unity among them. For a while they forgot that they were Democrats and Republicans, but only Americans. But alas, alas, they party rankor is now worse than ever so soon after we were struck by our enemies on that terrible day just six years ago.

One can only hope, but on the other hand, our future is clear. The salt has lost its savor while men's agendas have taken priority over tarrying with the Lord through the night, until heaven's holy light once again crowns our brow with righteousness and peace.

Our cities will be built again, but there will be a new day in America, a new people and a new church. Righteousness will burn in our leaders as a consuming fire. The church will not return to her petty devisive issues any more, but as a holy, sanctified, purified people, she will lighten the whole earth with the glory of her Lord.

He always sends his messages of warning early enough to do something about it. All too often, they are unheeded. Nineveh is the noted exception. There is yet time, but I don't see a turn around in our downward plunge into total madness, engulfed in this thick darkness.

Well I think what you wrote is prophetic and I agree with a lot that you wrote.

God Bless, Rhoni
I wish that it was not so fatalistic in one sense. In the other sense, there is a new day to dawn after this long night has passed. It will be a day of righteousness, joy and peace when the knowledge of the Lord shall fill the earth.

We have a lot to look forward to. Yes, God did a miracle in their hearts then. They had a "revival," but what eventually become of them? We have had many revivals, but what of our outcome? We must pass under the rod, but in the end, it will yield the peacable fruit of righteousness.

Bro. Strange..

Has America really turned it's back on God?

I know that the majority of America of the most part is still a Christian Nation... Do you think we judge her by Hollywood and what is seen on TV?

Can I suggest that you look beyond some of the places you may be focused on and you just might find reason to rejoice. God is moving powerfully all over the world, but it may not be in the traditional places most OP's are looking. The promise of God is that there will be a latter rain that will prepare the harvest for a final reaping.

Beware of the false prophecies.

America is for the most part is a Christian nation.

Many other countries are godless and worshiping false gods.

I do not agree that America has turned it's back on God as a whole.

I do not believe that God will or is judging America.

We live in terrible times and sin is more in our face and public.

But there are millions of Jesus Believers that are seeking after him in America.

Sounds like a rerun of Terrell-Britton and company. Of course Terrell's did not happen but never stopped him. No doubt judgment is coming to this whole world and the church is going to leave here. That is a sure word of prophecy.
Never eat heavy before going to sleep those beans and greens will do it every time and that heavy Cajun food.
