I count four questions....
....Are there any standards that provide protection? How about just out in the world any standards there that bring some safety? Note I said "standards can" not "all standards will" make good rails. Maybe some standards aren't rail material. Perhaps beards and long sleeves are two of those. Are there any UPCI standards that are not dress code related?
