Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.
Apostolic is defined on AFF as:

  1. There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
  2. The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
  3. Every sinner must repent of their sins.
  4. That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
  5. That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
  6. The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

I never was on FCF, so I can't compare the two . . . but I'm a little perplexed with two threads that somewhat diss AFF.

I like AFF. I got in trouble on a previous job because I was on AFF too much. Seriously. True story. I was given a warning because of being on AFF too much. *sigh*

This Apostolic online meeting place better NOT be floundering! I just GOT here! (I'll try to be like Noah, with a bucket of pitch in one hand and a big brush in the other, waterproofing the hull....)

Oh, by the way, GNC is still afloat too. Every now and then they go down for maintenance or something, but they're still going (and going... and going... and going....)
