How about if the church bills don't get paid? What if the preacher is taking in all the money and there's not enough coming through offerings to pay church bills. What happens then?

Evidently, our pastor does. At our last financial meeting, it showed that there were funds tranfered from the tithe fund into several other funds.

Oh man... you guys are making this tough on me.

I saw this thread and said... I am going to stay out of it this time.

But...nowhere in the Bible were there any laws given where the ministry was ever given all of the tithe to keep for themselves.

that's between him and God...

It doesnt excuse me from paying my tithes.

My post was in response to a post which said the ministry are entitled to all of them.

And... as far as your post goes... I can understand the joy you feel having heaped more on your pastor than even required by law to do...

But what about the other people who God also commanded be ministered to with the tithe?
