Instead of a hair cutting party, maybe we could lead the congregation in a kickboxing class?

LOL, I was not suggesting kicking the ........ out of the congregation. My thought was we would all exercise together. But now that you mention it. . . .perhaps at the old church . . . . Just kidding.

I go to a women's gym. I wear gauchos, t-shirt and tennis shoes. I also use the sauna...which requires less clothing...unless you want to pass out. LOL. I'm not too concerned, since its all women.
I did have a membership once at a coed gym...it was 24 hours, so I tried going late at night when no one was there...but my husband felt that wasn't very safe, and I didn't like going during the day when it was packed out...so...I switched to the girls' gym. (Shape Xpress) I'm not a big fan of Curves...just because the workouts are BOooooooooOOOOooring!
We've had a very busy..and eventful summer...and I haven't worked out in a couple of months. *sigh* This thread is making me feel guilty.

The gym I work out at is coed but it has a women's only workout room right at the front of the gym, which is the only place I workout. I wear gauchos or baggy capris, a t-shirt and sneakers.
