Now I do have to say in all fairness that there are many who write in that they disagree with this and then sign it. So we can't be calling everyone a liar.
And also, the Manual does NOT Prohibit Video watching of wholesome entertainment. And since it does NOT define WHOLESOME, this is left to the minister's discretion.
