For deafness, do they scream in the person's ear and check for a reaction?
For blindness, do they flick them in the face with their fingers to see if they blink?
Thad, there is more to a diagnosis than looking at someone and proclaiming an illness. The same process has to be gone through again to declare healing.

HO, if a blind man came to one of our churches or a paraplegic, would we do a test on them to see if they was
Really what they say they was as if they are lying ? shoud we have a doctor on with a medical facility in the back to verify whether they should be allowed to have prayer or not?
if someone is that starved for attention, then there is a mental problem. I don't blame the church or any ministry for someone who comes up and fakes a healing.
I think most doctors can quickly tell if a person is truely a paraplegic or not though. outward diagosis can be done quickly as opposed to testing of bodily fluids
