Sadly, to get there we have to first wait until the current generation of closed minded "pastors" all died off.

even better than what you said... what if nationally all the churches supported eachother and all full-time ministers in our org got paid the same amount??? Then money needed to run the churches were given based upon some sort of criteria based on both need and how much money got given to the whole by the church....
