Either way it would mean something big for this to happen.
About 56-57 million people die per year worldwide.
2 billion people is nearing 20 times the annual rate of death.
This might be where that info is coming from. One would have to pay the price plus shipping & handling to see if the "within 12 months" portion is on there.
