This is an unfair statement. Irvin Baxter doesn't "prophesy." He tries to interpret and understand existing prophecies in the Bible. BIG difference. I don't agree with all his stuff either, but he's just a regular guy trying to understand scripture that most of us won't even tackle. I can't really fault him for that.

Just like Gorbechev (sp?) could possibly be the anti-Christ.
Just like the leopard could possibly Germany from a dream he had.
Just like.... could possibly, etc. etc.
Fair in this case is relative. Not trying to stir something up just stating what he said.

He also makes the mistake of doing what so many other do and this is to take the newpaper and intrepet the Bible.

Wrong!
Good grief!

I'm sure he places qualifiers like "possibly" on purpose, because he knows they're just his own interpretations, and could "possibly" be wrong.
Like I said, I don't get into his stuff at all, or agree with it, BUT I'm not going to call someone a false prophet when they haven't even prophesied anything. That's just silly. That would be like me reading a scripture in Revelations and saying "I think it could mean this or that", and then if it doesn't, you call ME a false prophet. Uncalled for.

Sis. now you're putting words in my mouth by stating I called him a false prophet. It is misleading when so many times you state a qualifier as possibly JUST IN CASE he's wrong about it.

This is nonesense!
IF you said the something WAS going to happen and it didn't then I could agree with you. But IF you said it " looks" like this could happen is a totally different situation.
But it appears you like finding fault with him so enjoy!
AS to his other prophecies I don't know of any he has given, most likely it is the same as this, he said it looks like this COULD be it, and folks like you twist what he says.

Isn't that the reason you use a "qualifier"?
It could possibly rain, NOT a guarantee!
