well i am not sure who thad is talking about , but imho there are plenty of people around who dont think we should do anything about the terrorist and the countries that support them, i dont feel that way, i am sure that thad and i were both speaking tic a little, me i am not a pacifist, just wish we didnt have to deal with these people, but i am also a realist, and we do, my opinion for what it is worth, dt

If Akampuke, were an American and held these views, I would say he has every right as an American to say what ever he wants without the fear of Government persecution.
That still would not mean, I think Columbia should host the nut.
As Akmapuke isnt an American, nor does he live in the USA neither legally nor illegally therefore no aspect of the Constitution need be extended to him. Freedom of speach in America is not his.
He should not be allowed to hail a cab much less give a speach. and he still needs a good killing.

ok... for one, on a foriegn policy level, killing him would be bad because:
A) as we've learned, they can always get crazier in the Middle East
B) we don't have the manpower to keep peace in Iraq & Iran at the same time...
for two, on a Chrisitan level, I just really don't see how "he needs a good killing" fits in with how Christ said we should act... Please, though, explain to me how that fits in with what Christ said... I'd love to hear it...

well, the constitution comment was an argument against those that have suggested (though not here) that Akmapuke should get to speak in Columbia because of "free speach" or some such.
also, I agree with you that the US Government has no buisness attempting to kill Akmapuke.

As far as any understanding of the orriginal question is concerned, it is impossible to make any claim of understanding God's view of the matter. His ways remain above our ways. and lets not forget, the death penalty was carried out by God upon 2 people who simply lied to Peter.
