After the heavy hitters from each side have spoken, the floor will call for the question. My guess is 48 minutes.

The audible vote will be unclear. The standing vote will be bedlam. A bench clearing brawl will erupt, and the resolution will be decided by the last man standing.

(I sure hope somebody records it for Youtube)
