Your post is outrageously insensitive and embarrassing.
Where is your compassion?

If you don't want to advertise - DON'T!
If you want to advertise - DO!
To post on here that Tommy Tenney and Clint Brown have visited the General Conference and it is the vultures circling overhead - is NUTS! I mean this borders stupidity if not insanity.
I really think that some of these guys need to go sit down with a councilor and try to find out the root of their problem. To have a nervous breakdown and to be weeping in the hall ways over someone putting an ad on TV - is close to insanity!!!!!!!!!

I agree with that post.
One elder stood up during the push to amend the resolution, and bemoaned the fact that enforcement was impossible. He was truly grieved over the fact that we cannot punish men with tv's.
I promise you, if this minority would have won, and could convince the body not to riot, they would actually enter men's homes and search for tv's in the hopes of bringing them up on charges.
If that doesn't sound like Salem, I don't know what does.

They don't enforce the rules on TV NOW... the alarmism you have here is disturbing. Totally out of control on your behalf.

Post # 18 is truth ... the Cons have a history ... see 1992. It is one of exclusion and intolerance ... the witch trials would have started within weeks.

Hey Bro, don't get mad at me.
I know a man who turned his father-in-law in because he had an elder relative living in his basement with a tv. They took the man's license.
This is not a rumor, it is fact.
There was talk on the floor of enforcement. How would they enforce it without entering the home?
