There is no fault if the AS was accepted. Handwritten alterations and addendums are acceptable in legal documents.

First I heard of that one.

My husband used to write "I believe and teach the Bible". And sent it in that way.

What's the point of having an AS then? If we could write in enough things, we could sign it too.

I think the AOF read

Repentance and Conversion:

under what is now just the Repentance heading.

Well not really... There is a 5 page limit on addendums and it would still be limited to people of conscience...

The 1952 version out on the spiritual abuse website does say repentance and conversion.

I know this was addressed to someone else but let me answer it... please?

In cases like this the ones at fault are the weak kneed, spineless excuse for an elected official that lets is go without demanding the accountability that it provides for.

Unfortunately, I know of cases just like this. I know of one case where the DS altered the answer on a ministerial application for a license and lied FOR the applicant!

Or maybe it is a DS who agrees with those that are marking out the line or signing "with reservations" or some other tag line.

instead of weak kneed, maybe it is a DS who just thinks the AS is an infernal document that has done more harm than good...

that is just my opinion. it could be a weak kneed offical looking to keep his position. or maybe it is a guy who really feels that the AS was wrong headed in the first place and agrees with the majority of his district.

could be either Steadfast.

I think this is most likely the case.
