You are correct. There WILL be a meeting. However, it is NOT in Branson. There is no connection between what's happening in Branson and the meeting to form a new "organization," which will take place in January of 2008.

Believe what you want to, but I can assure that the meeting in Branson will NOT be an attempt to start a new organization. We might (probably?) discuss the passage of Resolution 4 and those who are leaving. I don't doubt that. However, we will NOT be trying to start something new -- not in Branson.
That meeting is slated for January 2008.

Kansas Preacher, would you mind sharing your thoughts as to how many men will be leaving the organization?

I really have no way of knowing. I was told that KH expressed it may be as much as 10-20%, but that is strictly hearsay.
I personally do not look for a "mass exodus" at the moment. Many men will need to get their churches disaffiliated. Others will wait until there is another organization to join. I think that, once there IS a viable alternative, 10-20% is not a far stretch. However, that is STRICTLY a guess.

Knowing someone out of Wilmouth's church, they said if Wilson and/or one of the others left....he would as well. Guess it happened.
