Finally - Costa Rica Pictures!

We just returned from a trip to Costa Rica ourselves. What precious people they are. This was my second time and Felicity's first time to be in Costa Rica. We so enjoyed the passionate worship of our daughter church.

Where is it in Costa Rica? We were in San Pedro, right outside of San Jose. The feeding program was outside of Escazu though.

When we went last year (for vacation), we stayed in San Jose, but also in Los Suenos by Jaco Beach. Costa Rica is a gorgeous country!

I wept today looking at those pictures and looked again tonight and am weeping...There are so many hungry people and especially children in our world today.
I told Dirlei you rode "bikes" he said you could take his for a spin!

I LOVED Costa Rica! It was my first time to a Spanish speaking country outside of Mexico that is and I absolutely enjoyed my time there. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed at a new hotel right downtown San Jose. The work we visited is in Coronado and the couple that have raised up this work live in the area.

They had about 150 people but have had some setbacks and problems recently which resulted in them losing quite a few people. They had to relocate and the place they're presently in is very humble.

I am so impressed with this couple. They're absolute quality and have done an outstanding work considering that they only started the work from scratch 3 years ago. There is huge potential.

I loved the worship. And the people are so warm and friendly. And you're right about the children. They're adorable.

You're right it is truly a gorgeous place. Did you get to visit any of the volcanoes while you were there?

Well, I don't know if you're talking about my pictures or Felicity's, but if it's mine, I have no idea what I'm doing - I just snap pictures! LOL!

The pictures that have me in them were taken by other team members. We combined all of our pictures onto four CDs!

No, most of our team went to the volcanoes and the rain forest the day after I left to come home. I wanted to be home for a big service on Sept. 30th, so I missed the "fun day". When Eddie, Zac & I went down, we did the rain forest, but not the volcanoes.
