I'll be honest you w/ you Carp ... I really had no idea that you had been harboring ill feelings towards me .... as evident in the postings you've made in this thread. What's confusing is .... I don't ever recall having any antagonistic discussions w/ you in the past ... and I mean that sincerely.
I am well aware of many of my shortcomings ... including my inability,sometimes, to soften my words. [Something I really need to work on.]
Furthermore, we could continue this spat that obviously was founded in a misunderstanding ... but it would not be to any avail.
I am sorry if I have offended you in any way ... and hope we can bury the hatchet.
I meant the words to my sister that you took exception to ... and for that I cannot apologize ... but if there is something that I have done to insult you ... I will try to improve.
