That is bad that it took that long, but praise God that you finally GOT IT!
I believe we all struggle with that from day to day. I know it's extremely hard for me to accept a compliment, but why? I'm one of God's creations - it's not something I've done to be worthy of the compliment......lol!
I really believe we should teach our kids that they are awesome and build their confidence up not because of what they are or what they look like, but because they are God's child and as the t-shirt says.....God don't make mistakes!

That is it ...... I started just by saying every day...over and over...."God loves ME".....after awhile it started to sink in He really does! He is such an awesome God....

Fall is my favorite time of the year. I love the weather- I just got back from an hour walk. I love my time alone when I can think, pray or praise. I try to walk at least 5 days a week. The weather has finally gotten to where it is pleasant enough to enjoy the walk. Around the first of Sept. I start riding by bicycle. I can stand the heat with the wind blowing on me. We have had a warm Oct. so I have just started being able to walk about 2 weeks ago. I love the smells of fall, too. I know it is not environmentally friendly, but we live in the country and people burn their leaves. I love the smell of burning leaves.

My poor bones ache so when we get home, but I love riding behind my hunny! It's so much fun...
Sherrie what was your final total on your Harley gear on Ebay?

$1547!!! I sold everything that I listed. Actually, since then, I have found a few more things that I need to put on there. I got so geared up about Ebay and the easy money, I think I'm going to clean out my closet and sell all those clothes that I keep saying I'm going to fit into one of these days!!!

My sister and I combined our efforts last spring and had a garage sale. It is way tooooo much work for the money. I much prefer to give it to Good Will. My poor sister - after she bought some stuff at the garage sale from other people - not me- she made $10s for two days work. That will be our last Garage sale for a while. I have never ventured into Ebay land. I am afraid I will get hooked. Every once and a while I will look something up that I am going to buy and check the prices. I really don't need anywhere else to spend my money.

Good Monday Morning Ladies!
We had a great service Yesterday.
My eldest Kristin who has gone to the altar to pray before but with little enthusiasm yesterday was crying and stuttering, and boo hooing with the Holy Ghost all over her.
Didn't get it, but her appetite is whetted for more!
God is GOOD!

OH my goodness....most garage sales are more profitable than that....it is a lot of work....but I have sooooo much stuff.....I mean we have a HUGE storage garage full to the rafters! I have got to get rid of that stuff its been in there sence the 80's ....really...we had two, but thankfully we got it down to one....the reason for them in the first place was we worked on the road for over 10 years....we had sold our house...and we had a 59 Cadillac...it took up most of the one...no kidding that thing was like a mid size battle ship!
