Thad, you have a BIG HEART and are a lot of fun, sometimes you just don't think about how something sounds before you start it. You don't have a malicious bone in your body and I know that. Some people just take issue with being plain spoken and wanting to know information.
Just be careful how you word things and it will save you a lot of headaches in the future.

okay thanks lady - you're right. I know i'm a little rough around the edges. I thought i was doing better but I have a ways to go i see.

And that's ok, just don't go around the back of the mountain to do. Just be blunt and forthright with what you want to know.....What do you think of _________ and here is an example of what I'm talking about......
You're doing really good, not trying to be mean, just trying to save you from getting your head taken off.

Oh, Ok, it's late and my brain is like mashed potatoes. Plus, I don't want Thad to think I'm against him, cause I'm not. I see where he's coming from, he's really honest he just doesn't think about how others will take things.
I don't want everyone on his head, so I'm trying to help him. He's a really good guy.
