There is NO excuse for being nasty or ugly. Appearance may hide that but it always comes out. But I happen to know folks who look Apostolic and are NOT nasty or mean. I do know some who look the part and are meaner than a junkyard dog. But meaness and nastiness is NOT isolated to holiness looking people. It is more noticed BECAUSE we expect MORE I guess we expect very little out of those who look like the world?  |
What about those in third world countries, poor and not possessing much. All the ladies have are pants to wear. I have been there and have seen them worshipping God with heart felt tears. Elder, are you saying that they aren't right with God cause they are wearing pants? Come on now, to say that the epitome of holiness is a prescibed form of dress constitutes ignorance on Apostolics that subscribe to that ideology!
