I'm not sure if that come out of the 80% or the 20%. She defends the expenses as part of the national ministry she is fulfilling. A national mission with international viewing requires bigger spending. I personally don't think she needs to be on TV everyday, but that is what she sees as her calling.

I think all of these independent ministries and para ministries should submit to some other org or group for accountability. I know that many or most of the TV preachers do not from what I understand. There has been calls and requests by the aforementioned group and others but the big name preachers often reject such scrutiny.
I think it would be to their benefit as well as all Christiandom if they did submit
