Seriously, I have not been in that position, but I wonder if being so quick to divorce upon one failing is the right thing to do, particularly if the husband or wife is contrite and repentant? Aren't we to forgive?
Personally I think I would blow the guys brains out first then forgive her, but like I said I have not been there. lol
There is a LOT of divorce in the church...Christians used to brag about how divorce is sky rocketing in America but not in the church...but the church is mimicking the world. Even in Pentecost.
When the bible says there is only one legitemate reason for divorce it was not saying you SHOULD get a divorce in that case. It just says this is the only reason for it. Yet the bible mandates God's will is against divorce.
In fact I am wondering that if sometimes some people cheat JUST so they can get out of a marriage under "biblical grounds". The church is in bad shape IMO when there is so much infidelity and divorce going on...something is not right.

I will not give details, but she should of divorced him 8 years ago. Yes, If my husband continued to have multiple affairs, I am OUT. As far as THAD, I have posted this same thing before, he knows this.

I was kidding about the Thad stuff sis :-)
Someone, maybe Thad, posted that RW has had multiple affairs in the past, so I would say she has been more than patient

Im sure none of us can really know for sure, but I have wondered how hard it is for marriages to survive where one member is constantly traveling and is on a career track that takes up all their time...I don't know about the whites, but this seems to happen a lot with Movie stars and others whose career path takes up most of their time with little time to spend with the spouse..
BTW did they have kids?

He did alot of traveling also, he started a church in Malibu, Ca. hmmm, not sure how its doin'.

I was wondering about that. I thought he was going to turn over WOWs to someone else or even Paula?
Sorry if this bumps heads but I just think that is not how churches and pastors/ministry is supposed to be, particularly when there is a family involved already. They both needed to travel less and spend more time together and nurturning the people in that church. That is first priority

me too, obviously she gives more to them or they are more well known.
I think if shes a friend shes suppose to be, she should of gave a shout out!
