I have never worked with animated gifs before, so I had to learn how to work with them. This is my first attempt...your little piggly wiggly now has a Santa hat, but the color changed to the original document's color. I know how to fix that in Photoshop, but not Imageready, where I manipulated the file to add the hat.
I guess you'll just have to live with a very dreary hat until I can study up and learn how to fix it.
Maybe the hat just has some mud on it!
