You know, I didn't ask for details and none were given. I think people are leaving church altogether, but maybe it's isolated to certain areas. The Metro area, last I heard was doing pretty well.
I have a strong interest in Oregon because I have family there...I wish there were a decent church where my Mom lives because she really needs it.
Aside from all of this, the passing of Resolution 4 has caused a HUGE uproar in Oregon, regardless of what some might say.

One whole section has pulled out and what is interesting is the pastors are not admitting it...the church is self distructing and I am not surprised, (truth prevails always in the end) as to revival I have been hearing that for over 10 years and from what I have personally seen its just the oppisite.

If they did pull out, they must not have actually done it yet or just plan to let the dues run out, as the lady I know in oregon whose father is a pastor, said no one has pulled yet. I would be surprized if any of the people I know there do pull out.

From what I understand, a sectional presbyter did pull out and had to resign his dist. position. This also happened with the youth secretary, although I do not believe he is a pastor. As for the others, maybe they are just waiting to let their dues lapse as you have already stated.

Well, it doesn't look well for the Organization and that's probably why they are not saying anything. I have sen waves of revival come through, but unfortunatley, so many end up leaving in the end result.

No, I don't know the intent of your heart. However, noting your tendency to look for and ask for all the dirt available about any given subject or individual is a noteworthy observation, brother

I am positive of what I say, sister. God is doing some amazing things around here, even in the midst of the stirring and shaking caused by general conference
