He is the one that was supposedly led around Africa years ago by an angel. Saw some great things and I, personally, saw some miraculous things that were done as a result of his prayers. As with all those who are 'prophetically inclined' there will be some who shout "FAKE!" and others who will almost become cultic in following the hype of a prophetic ministry. Most think Bro. Mitchell was the real deal.

Most powerful men become targets of the adversary and Bro. Mitchell was no different. There were some moral problems that he was accused of and it pretty much cost him his ministry.

Thus... the Apostolic movement is faced with one of the greatest dilemmas of our existence... How do we deal, if at all, with restoring fallen ministers? That is another topic... and a frightening one for most.

I've heard it said that Bro. Mitchell supposedly made himself accountable and has proven himself trustworthy in the eyes of some Pastors. I guess that is why he's preaching for some of them.
Brother we need to find a way to restore fallen ministers. We have been afarid to look for ways to do so, but I really think we need to develope a manner of dealing with them.

If the last paragraph is true, I have no reason to think other wise because your a true christian in every sense, then I have no problem with this man preaching again.

Steadfast was right.

I wonder if maybe some of the alleged "cover ups" and they way pastors have put up with sin would be done away with if there was a restoration process?

That way a preacher would be more willing to "out" a straying preacher buddy rather than facilitating his sin because "outing" equals the "death sentence."

Instead, "outing" would mean repentence, healing and eventual restoration. I think the fellowship as a whole would benefit.

I think so too.
