I went back and read every post to see what was said, who said it, and tried to think why they would say such things. My conclusion is this: When the woman caught in adultery was awaiting her fate as Jesus was asked what should be done with her because the law said that she should be stoned. Jesus stooped down and began writing on the ground and everyone walked away.
There have been allegations against character, unsubstantiated rumors, and out and out gossip. Even the things that may be true, none of us on this forum have a right to cast the first stone. I know I don't.
I am ashamed at us all for our judgementalism, our irresponsible postings, and the shadows of sins that may not have happened which may or may not be under the blood but are none of our business.
The Bible talks about how satan will buffet the people of God until they are worn out in the last days. I don't know about the rest of you, but I am so worn out that I wish Christ would come sooner rather than later.
Looking for His appearing, Rhoni

Needs to be erased.

There is NO DOUBT in my mind that positions in the new organization are being used as carrots to persuade those on the fence to come on over! When you are forming a new fellowship, somebody has to fill certain political positions of authority. Those that have dreamed of being on general boards or district boards are their prey!

Why would conservatives be interested in ressurecting and using the name of a Bible College that had as reputation as a liberal one (even though it did have it's Keith Clark "No Video / No Sports" era later)?

Have you been spending too much time in the sun in Africa? He should have dismissed LW many years before he did.
Exactly what is your premise for saying a Bible College President and Pastor should not fire a Sr. employee on ministerial staff who has been arrested for the reason LW was arrested?

No way they would. Maybe they are looking to use an existing 501-c status from somewhere. I think that is why they talked about the Pentecom name.

Plus JCM's location had gone down over the last 20 years and was a very dangerous place.
The new FPC had plenty of classroom space, a fellowship hall that could have served as a cafeteria, gym ,etc. Basicly they would have only need to have built dorms (at least to start with). They have plenty of property to have expanded, etc.
