you aware that it is found in the other gospels too... Mark and Luke. It is also elaborated further in by Christ words and penned by Luke in Acts 1:8.
Mark 16:15
15He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.
Luke 24:47
47And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
Acts 1:8
"But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."
The mandate in these Great commission verses is to:
1. to make disciples ...[Matheteuo] ....
2l.to teach .... [didasko]
3. to preach/proclaim [Kerusso]
4. and to be a witness [Martus]
The verses in Luke and Acts are parallels ... and we know the promise endued on the believers to testify/preach/teach/witness was for both male and females ....
Women are called and mandated to proclaim/preach, witness, teach and make disciples.
Unless you disagree w/ Jesus.

I disagree with women preachers. Respect that.
