Trust me... the Shih Tzu is the baddest of the bunch... she bullies the German Shephard. The German Shephard still thinks he is a puppy at 10.5. He is a great big baby... pouts and whines and everything!

The Bassets are awesome... they think they are lap dogs but the females weigh in at 50-55 pounds and the males from 70 to 80 pounds. They too short for their weight but they are definitely not the lazy dogs they are portrayed to be.

The Rott is now living in the country. He could jump a 6' fence and loved to go play with the neighborhood kids. One day he was playing with a young girl and her dad and he popped a full size basketball with one bite. Needless to say he went to the farm within the week. He really was a sweetie and wouldn't hurt a flea... but the dad said... what if that had been my childs head. So.... adios Jabez.

My dogs are a big part of my life. I did breed Bassets for a while but at this time I do not have a breed female.
