Rhoni's Going to KANSAS

You should have waited a couple of more days!!!! We had about 8-10 inches of snow dumped on us last night. I will have my hubby post pictures, but it is really white around here.

I am so totally bummed out!!! We have been out of electricity since Monday Night at 10:00 pm and we are staying at a lady's house that attends our church. So, I'm extremely thankful for that, but I am ready to be home. It doesnt' even "feel" like Christmas.

I regret that we didn't get to meet Rhoni. I was really looking forward to it. We even waited til later in the afternoon to cancel just in case it wasn't as bad over there, but it just got too bad here to drive 1 1/2 hours.

So hopefully we will meet in the spring.

I also was 'bummed' not getting to meet you folks. I would have called that night but I left my cell in the rented car and the two friends I was traveling with went out. I stayed warm in the hotel with a jacuzzi, and chocolate.

We will meet this spring - I am sure. When we do I'd like to visit with you folks and even eat a meal with you as long as the men are serving J/K

Coon-hunters huh? Guess their Mom and wife isn't a feminist. I believe in equal training for boys and girls. Girls should learn how to hunt and boys should learn to cook and serve. My father was the cook in our home and my brother is an awesome cook
