I have a clogged bathroom drain. It's been clogged for a while and nothing, even Drano, will work. It does drain, but very slowly....and I mean, VERY slowly.
In order to take the pipes apart, I have to 'jack up' the sink and remove the support, as the pipes are behind and inside of it.
I have to find something to jack it up with and hold it in place. When that happens, I'll fix the sink!

Go to the hardware store, buy Sulphuric Acid. Follow instructions-BE CAREFUL! DRANO IS WEAK.

My husband is also a plumber who does free plumbing for others. I had a mechanic once ask me why plumbers get paid so much. I tried to answer but he felt he was doing the same thing making fluid move around and he didn't make that much money. Well a friend asked if my husband could help him fix his problem. He said it was simple already had the pipe all dug out and all he needed was my husband to replace it. My husband said it sounded like a big job. Eight hours later, half of that spent in mud and human waste I don't wonder any more why plumbers get paid as much as they do. My husband was going to rent the locater and camera from his boss for the job, but because it was for charity they just let him use it. If my husband would have charged him for the job it would have cost over $4,000.00.

Yes being a plumber can be a very dirty job....my husband has had to deal with some pretty awful things over the years...we are not rich by any stretch of the dollar, and he makes a good living...but he works very hard for it!
