I haven't felt like doing anything, and now Christmas is almost here!!!
We leave this Thursday for Indiana to do Christmas with my family, so I've got to get in gear tomorrow!

A few more pics.....
Ariel got caught getting into the Christmas presents!
(I hate the way real trees shed! I vacuumed twice around that stupid tree yesterday and you still can't tell! Everytime I put a present under it or water it the dumb things drops 50 pine needles!)
And I can't resist posting these cute pics!
I keep forgetting to turn off the red eye when I take pics!!! Grrr!

QE - love the gingerbread house!
You made memories even though the house didn't last long. This is what counts most - - keep it up with those girls!!!

Good morning
I love the pictures of the baby, what a little cutie.
And I loved the gingerbread house and it collapsing is just the thing that would have happened to me. I taught my kids years ago, broke cookies taste just as good as whole ones. We would have rushed to it and started sampling just to make sure that broke tastes as good as whole, lol.
I posted the rest of this in the open forum of the fellowship hall and I id not get a response, so I put it here. As you can tell I am reaching out fr some help.
How do you know if you have forgiven someone?
If you forgive them does that mean you act as if nothing ever happened?
I mean if someone shot your dog out of meanness, you might forgive them but would you ever trust them around your dog again? If not does that mean you have not forgiven them?
Suppose you think you have forgiven but you really have not, how would you know?
Does forgiveness mean you have to associate and be friends with someone that has a personality that just irritates you?
I know these are very childish questions but I really need some answers.
My mom would yell and beat and call me names, I choose to keep away from her and ftry not to let her spend much time with grandbaby. I do not want him to experiance what I did. Does that mean I have not forgiven her?
(a few minutes later) someone did answer I suppose I was too impatient. and his answer made a lot of sense.

No, that just means you are smart enough to not expose your grandbaby to such treatment.

Good morning everyone.
Already been out running around today... Michael had an appointment with the counselor this morning-- I always dread those, but they seem to be helping a little. I've not given up, and I don't accept her "opinion" of what may be going on-- I really hate the "labels" that they want to put on people--and I've just put it into God's hands. I'm not real sure I want to continue taking him to the appointments. I keep praying for an answer, but so far I haven't gotten one. So I guess I keep doing what I'm doing till I get that answer.
I have had the Christmas shopping finished for a while, but I haven't gotten anything wrapped. I am hoping to lock the kids into a bedroom or something this afternoon so that I can get all that done! I hate waiting till the last minute.
I also have some baking that I need to get done, and I keep putting it off. We don't need all those calories in the house anyway!
