Actually, this is the church pastored most recently by Mark and Laquita Briggs. It had its roots in the Assembly of God and was not originally a oneness church. It is a definite that Bro. Suber is going to be taking this church after the first of the year. By most UPC definitions they would be considered charismatic but I do know that Mark taught baptism in Jesus Name while he was there and they fellowshipped with some of the more progressive UPCs in Louisiana.
