Some where in the give a little, take a little, all has been forsaken. I will continue to peek in and read and post on occasion, but this is not one of the sites I come to on a daily basis and I have yet to recommend it to fellow bro. and sis. Sorry.

Just my opinion, God bless you all in the name of Jesus.
I hear you, Scotty. Unfortunately, I couldn't bring myself to recommend this site to anyone either. ESPECIALLY if the person was new in the faith I wouldn't!

I'm a strong believer in the traditional/original Acts 2:38 salvation plan. But I dont like to describe myself as a "3-stepper".

I'd rather define myself than let other define me.

I do wonder though now concerned, if at all, the owners of this site are, at how the nature of this board has shifted.

I must ask a hypothetical question though... is it that there are more Bapticostals than true Apostolics on this site?

.... or do they just talk more, and more loudly, than the Apostolics do?

I think the second part is true.

I'm a full stepper, does that count.Acts 2:38 and all the truth to be saved.

1 Tim.004:016Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; (teachings, word,Truth) continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.

This is 100% correct. When an Admin is in the middle of a discussion making that Admin not unbiased, the rest of the team is asked to make the judgement of a poor posting.

That does not give us all liberty to crank and report ourselves either, but lately we have seen only one side post and they are so vocal it is overwhelming. The lowering again to name calling must stop or some will lose the ability to post here. I have I think ONE time went to Gabby's Thread. Other moderators don't touch Tech issues. We are not omnipotent, we are volunteers and human. We rely on the members of the board to make it self moderated and use the reported posting too.

Great discussion going on here on where we are going or not going.

Pelathais, let's take that discussion to another thread.

TRFrance, I am amazed even you have degraded to name calling also.

One of the owners started this thread. It is a high priority, or this thread would have been pulled.

Well I have found another great feature on this forum and that is the ignore button. I personally have struggled for years with learning to keep my mouth shut and my tongue under subjection. And I am a newbie so I don't really want to get involved in some of the debates. I do believe Acts 2:38 is the only way to salvation. And the Holy Ghost will lead, guide and direct the path of holiness. I am learning daily and I will say I still get a little weary of what I consider my own stupidity about peoples opinions. But I take heart from Jesus the author and finisher of my faith.

Now, what if Bro. Hicks would have said, "I"m here to tell you the truth, and you just keep your mouth shut and learn"? Several people would have been robbed of the opportunity to hear the gospel.

I rather view the forum the same way - I may debate someone who's beliefs I feel are false, or at best, incomplete, and I may say, "Why do I waste my time with these people", but the ones who may benefit the most are the readers.

And, if you banish every person from this forum who desires to debate scripture, you are shutting down multiple opportunities to spread the gospel.
Again brother we are out of context here, the ones we are refering too are not open for debate, they are only open to insulting. There is nothing more I would enjoy more than debating scripture but as has been said here already , the ones we refer to do not debate scripture, they quote scholars and give links to other websites. My point is brother, where do you draw the line? I can spend 12 hours debating with the ones we are refering too and get no where or debating with those who are honestly seeking the truth and win over two or three or a family. I think God wants us to use our common sense to a point. There is just no need in engaging in onesided arguments.
