Do you know if immigration was factored into those statistics? The U.S. has seen a lot of immigration from Muslim and Hindu nations as well as the rest of Asia in the last couple of decades. These were people who were generally screened out by restrictive immigration policies in the past that were intended to keep America "Christian."

Of course, that is THE major factor, and maybe the purpose is to free them for the bondage and darkness of their religious and cultural heritage. We can be so focus on protecting our borders (and I think we should) that we miss what the real purpose for it is. Will darkness overtake light or vice versa?
